Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your email address, account credentials handled by our authentication provider, support messages and subscription status. We may also collect product-usage events, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, diagnostic logs and security data.
Payment information
Payment-card details are collected and processed by our payment provider and are not stored by DFS Edge. We receive limited billing information such as customer identifiers, subscription status, transaction status and renewal dates.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts, deliver live sports tools, activate Pro features, process and support subscriptions, respond to users, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, improve models and interfaces, and comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that support authentication, databases, hosting, analytics, communications and payments; when required by law; to protect users or the service; or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update your account information, cancel your subscription, opt out of nonessential marketing, or request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security and fraud prevention.
Children
DFS Edge is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
