Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the DFS Edge website, mobile application, analytics tools and subscription features provided by Zero2Sixty Media LLC.

1. What DFS Edge provides
DFS Edge is sports analytics and decision-support software. It provides projections, lineup-building tools, simulations, ownership estimates, market information and fantasy draft assistance. DFS Edge does not operate fantasy contests or sportsbooks, accept wagers or contest entry fees, hold user funds, or award prizes.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity performed through it. Information supplied to us must be accurate and current.
3. Free and Pro access
Free access includes the features identified in the product. DFS Edge Pro is a digital software subscription currently offered at $19.99 per month after any eligible introductory trial. The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added. Features, data sources and supported sports may change as the product develops.
4. Trial, billing and cancellation
Eligible new subscribers may receive a five-day free trial. The checkout screen will show eligibility and the exact offer terms. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the standard $19.99 monthly price plus applicable taxes. Web subscriptions are handled by PayPal, and Android subscriptions are handled by Google Play. You may cancel through the applicable provider's subscription-management tools or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refund requests are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Analytics are estimates
Projections, probabilities, rankings, simulations, expected values and recommendations are estimates based on available information and model assumptions. They may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. No lineup, score, finish, payout or financial result is promised or guaranteed. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with the rules and laws that apply where you live.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or resell our data without permission, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected portions of the software, use the service unlawfully, or represent DFS Edge as operating or endorsing a third-party contest.
7. Intellectual property
DFS Edge, its software, branding, interfaces and original content are owned by Zero2Sixty Media LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose while your account remains in good standing.
8. Availability and third parties
Sports data, schedules, salaries, odds and other information may come from third parties. We do not control third-party platforms or guarantee uninterrupted availability. DFS Edge is not affiliated with or endorsed by DraftKings, FanDuel, the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, or their teams unless expressly stated.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Zero2Sixty Media LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for contest losses, lost profits, indirect damages, data-source errors or decisions made using the service. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms, modify features, or suspend access needed to protect the service or comply with law. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions may be sent to support@dfsedgeapp.com.
