Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want subscription terms to be straightforward and easy to manage.

Free trial and monthly subscription
Eligible new subscribers receive five days of DFS Edge Pro at no charge. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically begins at $19.99 per month plus applicable taxes and renews monthly until canceled. PayPal handles web subscriptions and Google Play handles Android subscriptions. The applicable provider determines trial eligibility and displays the controlling terms during checkout.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel during the free trial to avoid the first charge, or before a later renewal to prevent the next charge, through the subscription-management tools or by emailing support@dfsedgeapp.com. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation after a completed charge leaves Pro access available through the end of the paid billing period.
Refund requests
Because Pro access is delivered digitally, completed subscription charges are generally non-refundable. If your first Pro purchase was made within the last seven days and a material technical problem prevented you from using the paid features, contact support with the account email and a description of the problem. We will review the request fairly and may issue a full or partial refund where appropriate or legally required.
Renewals and partial periods
We do not ordinarily provide prorated refunds for unused time, accidental non-use, sports schedule changes, projection outcomes or dissatisfaction with fantasy-contest results. A refund does not depend on whether a recommended lineup won or lost.
Google Play purchases
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are also subject to Google Play’s billing and refund procedures. Requests may need to be submitted through the Google Play account used for the purchase.
