Email support@dfsedgeapp.com. Include the email used for your DFS Edge account, the sport and feature involved, and a brief description of what happened. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
Billing and cancellation
For subscription questions, include the date and amount of the charge. You may cancel future renewals through the subscription-management tools. If those tools are unavailable, email support before the next renewal date.
Technical issues
For the fastest diagnosis, include your device type, app or browser version, the exact error message and a screenshot when possible. Live sports feeds can occasionally be delayed or unavailable while data providers refresh a slate.
